When choosing an agency partner, it's critical that you work well with the team. After all, our work comes directly from the talents of the staff. Our connections are not only to our clients, but to our community and each other. We're big enough to bring the skills you need, small enough to maintain nimble response times and that personal connection. We like it that way. And we think you will too.

These are the places that Mike honed his skills. He learns by doing, and he’s done a lot. Getting in there to figure out how something works. Throwing out ideas and seeing what sticks. Every place gave Mike more experience that can’t be replicated by a “normal” career path. Booking a custom designed Mustang for a photo shoot? He’s done that. Creating a wireframe for a website? He’s done that. Filming a TV commercial in the middle of a national forest? Done that too. There are countless other experiences that Mike has managed in his career, and it all comes with him to our clients each day. He is a fan of big ideas. If something seems out of the realm of possibility, well, that just means we can be innovators. Mike is an optimistic instigator, always looking to push an idea to see where it might go. ‘Let’s see what happens’ is a motto that he embraces.
Kathryn (sometimes known as Kitty) has been crafting her design skills at RJM for the past five years. Having an analytic mind, she was initially an accounting major, but after taking a few classes, Kathryn realized her true passion for design. Now, she brings the best of both worlds to each project to create a piece that’s well thought out, yet captivating for the audience. Kathryn has taken the lead on many rebrand and full-scope campaigns for clients like Broadmead, Experience Jackson, da Vinci, and County National Bank. Originally from the area where Christmas dreams are made of – Frankenmuth – she instantly fell in love with the small town feel Jackson offers. If you stop by the office, the odds are in your favor of meeting her lovable and fluffy dog, Gus, who is an office staple.

Having worked at RJM since 2008, Andrea serves as our Marketing Specialist – our jack of all trades – thanks to her extensive background and experience in the advertising industry. Andrea spends the majority of her time handling Google Analytics, managing digital advertising across multiple media channels, and curating content for clients like Broadmead, Krupa’s Boat Mart, Jackson Oven Supply, and TAC Manufacturing. Her analytical skills come into play when she creates monthly reports gauging the effectiveness of digital campaigns and providing strategies for improvement. When not working, this long-time resident of Jackson’s countryside enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, daughter, and four “fur babies” – all of which are rescues.
Rebecca is the Financial Controller at RJM. She has a background in business management and accounting, with a concentration on finance. With Heart of America, she managed social media campaigns and organic social content, as well as developed print and radio campaigns for a number of in-house restaurants and hotels. A Michigan transplant, Katelyn has quickly grown an appreciation for the Jackson community, so much so she adopted the highway that runs along her family farm.
